Moisture is the lifeblood of skin. Summer is the time to reassess your inner moisture

Moisture is the lifeblood of skin.
Summer is the time to rethink your inner moisture.
In the height of summer, your skin is exposed to strong sunlight. You may feel that your skin is moisturized because you sweat, but in fact, the moisture inside your skin may be dry.
In the summer, it's especially important to reassess your "inner moisture" (the amount of moisture in the stratum corneum). Dryness that isn't visible to the naked eye, or inner dryness, can cause wrinkles, dullness, and rough skin.
Why do we need “inner moisture”?
・Summer air conditioning, UV rays, and excess sebum can disrupt the moisture balance. ・Even if the surface of the skin looks moisturized, the stratum corneum is still thin, meaning the skin is in a state of inner dryness. ・The first step in anti-aging care is to moisturize the "skin's foundation," not just the surface.
